Apple’s request for an injunction against rival Samsung and their Galaxy S3 has been denied. Apple had filed to have the U.S. Galaxy S3 banned from sale last week similar to their repetitious attempt after attempt after attempt to slow the progress of Android. Due to scheduling constraints, San Jose Judge Lucy Koh denied Apple the ability to add another device to its upcoming trial docket.
Samsung and Apple have been locked in patent litigation (despite Samsung being one of Apple’s main part suppliers) over the course of the last three years and there seems to be no sign that either side will be letting up. U.S. Galaxy S3 pre-orders look to arrive on time as expected for now.
