Leaked docs show that the Rezound, RAZR, and RAZR MAXX should receive an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OTA update on 5/9, 5/21, and 5/21 respectively if internal testing goes all well. The XOOM seems to have all testing done and is pending a green light. The Bionic, Thunderbolt, Revolution, Galaxy Tab 10.1, and Xperia Play all are mentioned as in testing, though it’s not 100% definite if these are for 4.0 or not. As far as the Incredible 2, the OTA has been delayed.
