Hey everyone The_Ryno here with a little hidden feature in a great app called Light Flow. As many Galaxy Nexus users know by now Light Flow is a great app that allows you to control the main multi-color led on our phone. Just the fact that it can do this is amazing it adds a great bit of customization to our phones, but now with the recent update to this great app it has gotten one more great feature.
As you can see the application has gotten a visually appealing update one which goes perfectly with the Android Ice Cream Sandwich system style, but hidden up top in the form of a beaker away from the main feature of the app is a section that once clicked is called labs. It is here that you can find the feature called Instant Alert. Much like the alert feature on the Samsung Galaxy S3, if enabled it will vibrate when checked on and to add some customization to the feature you can also choose how many vibrations you get and if the vibration will be short, long, or medium.

First click the Beaker and Customize What you Want

Then Check the Instant Alert Feature

Lastly Check the Feature On In Any Of Your Chosen Notifications
After doing this I must say it did give the desired effect however it was touchy at times, sensitivity is on high for me as that setting worked best for me, but your experience will vary. Now this obviously won’t turn your phone into Samsung’s Newest flagship phone but it should make you feel a little closer to it especially if you combine it with the SGS3 flashable zip created by Madphone found Here. Hope you guys have fun with your SGS3 Nexus, stay flashy.
