HTC One Series will Not Find a Home with Verizon
Hello all, Zachdroid back once again. Today we are looking at another one of Verizon Wireless less popular moments. They have recently said they will NOT carry the newly popular line of HTC phones, the HTC One Series including the X, S, and V. Verizon Wireless is known for passing up opportunities to expand their line of phones due to a lack of exclusivity. This time the HTC One series is the victim, along with the subscribers that had hoped they would be coming. I know of one guy that has already left VZW for this phone, how many more are to come.
Verizon didn’t have much to say about the lack of hospitality towards the HTC One series, but here is a snippet from their interview:
HTC Smartphone then they have to adjust with HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE. Additionally, HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE is powered with 1.2GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, 4-inch qHD display, 8-megapixel camera, and Android 4.0 out of the box.
The HTC Incredible is not a bad phone but it is the 3rd or 4th revision of the same phone they release a couple of years back. When is it going to be time to truly innovate and bring in a phone that isn’t a sequel. Verizon has some big steps in the past, carrying the Galaxy Nexus, the Original Droid, and broadening their product offerings, but it seems they have fallen into their numeric sequel rut AGAIN.
What do you think Verizon Wireless should do? Do you want to see this phone in the VZW stores?
